Vacuum Forming

Vacuum Forming or Thermoforming is the process of heating a flat thermoplastic plate to make it soften over the mold and, after cooling, assume its shape.

We have used vacuum forming since the early 1990s when we started manufacturing parts for bus interiors. We have extensive know-how in this process. So much so that we design and build several of our machines and develop complex, large-scale, and quick-to-implement parts.
