FUTURE CYPRESS!

Cypress, GE's largest onshore wind turbine, is considered an evolution for the turbine models already produced and can further enhance the generation of renewable energy in the world. As announced by the company, these turbines will be manufactured in Brazil, and the first ones are already scheduled for installation in the coming months in the state of Bahia. For GATRON, without a doubt, it is very gratifying to co-participate in another great project of our client.

In line with our mission of offering a total solution to our customers, GATRON collaborated from the development of tools, raw materials, and packaging to the production of all the equipment's fairing. Through the infusion process, the nacelles were manufactured to meet the highest quality standards.

GE's Cypress platform is an excellent example of sustainable and technological solutions that will further increase wind generation in Brazil, given that a large part of the Brazilian electricity matrix comprises renewable sources.

GE Renewable Energy is one of the largest companies in the global wind market, and being part of its projects is very rewarding for us. In addition to the Cypress nacelle, Gatron supplies the GE customer with the 2x nacelle; are already almost 600 produced.
