Be Top of Mind

In December last year, Gatron was elected Top of Mind of the Composites Industry in the “Innovation” and “RTM” categories.

We were also among the most voted in six other categories: “Molds,” “Hand Lay-Up and Spray-Up,” “Pultrusion,” “Infusion,” “Continuous Lamination,” and “Composite Industry.”

After the enormous joy of these unprecedented achievements, we began to reflect on what it means to be Top of Mind.

At the outset, the trophies increased our responsibility. Not only related to maintaining the standards of excellence that brought us here but also the responsibility of being constantly up-to-date.

To remain the most innovative company in manufacturing composites, we must always be attentive to what is most modern. The most amazing solutions need to come to market through Gatron.

And this is only possible thanks to our continuous investment in talent. To give you an idea, in the engineering area alone, we have more than 25 professionals. It is the most significant number of product, process, and material engineers in a Brazilian company specializing in transforming composites.

Afterward, it became even more evident how important it is to have the leading technologies for processing the material at home. In addition to expanding the possibilities of solutions that we can develop, verticalization makes us competitive and able to meet any demand that our customers have, regardless of the production volume or complexity of the part.

Finally, being Top of Mind means knowing how to choose partners. It would be useless to invest in our team of collaborators and our processes if the raw materials we manufacture were not the best. The quality of the solutions developed by Gatron undoubtedly depends on the high technical level of our suppliers.
